situation, a business report may be one of the documents you need to develop to
address an issue inside and/or outside your organisation. This module will
assimilate the importance of a business report as a communication tool and help
you develop an effective report.
Module 3: Principles Of Business Writing
Business writing principles provide
us with an understanding of how writing works in the corporate world, how it
differs from other types of writing, and how to become an effective business
writer. In this module, you will understand the complexity of business writing
principles and the challenges in
applying them.
Module 4: Forming Your Message
Structured communication is the process of
organising your message effectively. In
this module, you will understand how to structure your message, its importance,
and the various structuring methods.
Module 5: Composing A Business Proposal
A business creates a business proposal to offer their

importance of a business proposal, how to write an effective business proposal,
and some tips you can use in composing one.
Module 6: Creating An Executive Summary

their time, hence the importance of an executive summary. In this module, you
